Every project starts with a written proposal. A 50% deposit is due before work begins and the remaining 50% on completion, before handover. Once you have paid in full, the custom work is yours. Bangladeshi law governs these terms.

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing ahtechhouse.com or engaging AH Tech House for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services offered
AH Tech House provides WordPress and Shopify development, video editing, paid advertising management, brand design, SEO, CRO, and other digital services as agreed in project proposals. See our services for current offerings.
3. Project engagement
3.1 Proposal and acceptance
All projects begin with a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of the proposal terms.
3.2 Client responsibilities
So we can deliver on time, you agree to:
- Provide all required materials within the agreed timeline
- Give timely feedback at each milestone
- Ensure you hold the legal rights to any content or materials you send us
3.3 Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Revisions beyond the agreed limit are billed at our standard hourly rate.
4. Payment terms
Deposit — 50%Non-refundable, due before work begins. It covers planning, resource allocation, and the start of work.
Balance — 50%Due on project completion, before final delivery or handover.
Late paymentIf the final payment is not received within 7 days of completion, we may suspend delivery, remove deployed work from live servers, or apply a late fee of 5% per week.

5. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables, including design files and website code custom-developed by us. Third-party assets — themes, plugins, stock images — remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to feature your completed project in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the project.
7. Project cancellation
Cancelling after work has started. The initial deposit is non-refundable. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date at our standard rate. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
AH Tech House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project in question.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
