Overview

AH Tech House is committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.

1. Deposits are non-refundable

Read this first. A 50% deposit is collected before work begins on any project. It covers initial planning, resource allocation, research, and the start of work. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances once work has begun.

2. When a refund applies

The remaining 50% balance may be refunded only in the following cases.

We will refund

  • We miss the agreed timeline and no revised timeline was agreed
  • Delivered work is fundamentally not as described in the proposal
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • We cancel the project without cause on our side
Not eligible

We will not refund

  • You changed your mind after work started
  • You are unhappy but have not used the revision process
  • Delays caused by late materials, feedback, or approvals from you
  • You used or deployed any deliverable we provided
  • The project is completed and handed over
  • Personal taste, where the work matches the agreed brief
  • Services already rendered — consulting, strategy calls, ad management time

3. Use the revision process first

Before requesting a refund over quality concerns, you must:

4. Monthly retainer services

For ongoing monthly retainers — ads, SEO, maintenance — the current month's fee is non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel with 7 days' notice to stop future billing.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@ahtechhouse.com or message +880 1575-829636 on WhatsApp with:

  • Your full name and project name
  • The invoice number
  • The reason for the request
  • Any supporting evidence

We review and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 3–10 business days depending on that method.
